Assistant Principal Of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High Dies Monday (The Chattanoogan)

The assistant principal of Lakeview-Fort. Oglethorpe High School, Ron Arp, died Monday, apparently of a heart condition. Mr. Arp had been at Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School since it opened in 1973, and had served as assistant principal for the past four years.

Monday morning Ron Arp dropped by Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School to visit. As an assistant principal on an 11-month contract, he was off duty.

Visitation for Longtime LFO Teacher Today (WTVC Chattanooga)

Mr. Arp, as he was affectionaly known by students, passed away Monday. He had been at LFO since it opened in 1973, and had served as assistant principal for the past four years.
